Erasmus tarafından finanse edilen ASSESS EFL STUDENTS projesi AEPC (Portekiz), Learnmera Oy (Finlandiya), EMG (Almanya), Niceader (Türkiye), Inercia Digital (İspanya) ve Action Synergy (Yunanistan) olmak üzere altı farklı ortağın işbirliğiyle hayata geçirilmiştir.
Projenin temel çıktılarından biri olan Çevrimiçi Sınav Oluşturucu(OEC) nihayet tamamlanmış ve proje web sitesinde kullanıma hazır hale getirilmiştir.
Türkiye, İznik'te Kasım 2021'de gerçekleşen uluslar ötesi proje toplantısında ortaklar, nihai gözden geçirme ve düzenleme üzerine çalıştı.
Ardından, Çevrimiçi Sınav Oluşturma(OEC) aracı, Aralık 2021'de Yunanistan'ın Atina kentindeki öğrenme, öğretme ve eğitim (LTT) etkinliği sırasında pilot olarak uygulandı. Katılımcı öğretmenler tarafından verilen geri bildirimler Çevrimiçi Sınav Oluşturma Aracı(OEC)'nın son versiyonuna entegre edildi.
Araç ayrıca, ortakların ülkelerinde Mayıs – Haziran 2022 tarihleri arasında gerçekleşen çoğaltıcı etkinlikleri aracılığıyla yaygınlaştırıldı ve pilot uygulaması yapıldı.
Haziran 2022'de Berlin, Almanya'da gerçekleşen nihai uluslar ötesi proje toplantısında, ortaklar, proje süresi boyunca, öğretmenler tarafından verilen ve projeyi ve proje sonrası atılacak adımları teşvik eden geri bildirimleri paylaştı. OEC aracı, ses dosyalarından çeşitli konularda hazır sınavlara kadar, Yabancı Dil Olarak İngilizce (EFL) eğitimi için çeşitli öğrenme, öğretme ve değerlendirme materyalleri sunar.
Çevrimiçi Sınav Oluşturucu(OEC) sayesinde, EFL öğretmenleri kolay bir şekilde seviye (A1 veya A2) belirleyip, bir konu alanı seçebilir, çok çeşitli materyallere ulaşabilir ve bireysel sınav kağıtlarını PDF formatında formüle edebilir.

Final meeting of the project: ASSESS EFL students in Berlin / GERMANY on 16-17/06/2022.

ASSESS EFL Students is an Erasmus funded project and was materialised with the cooperation of six different partners : AEPC (Portugal), Learnmera Oy (Finland), EMG (Germany), Niceader (Turkey) , Inercia Digital (Spain) and Action Synergy (Greece).

One of the core intellectual outputs of the project, the Online Exam Creator (OEC), has finally been completed and ready for use on the project website.

During the transnational project meeting that took place in Iznik, Turkey (November 2021), partners worked on the final review and adjustments.

Following that, the OEC tool was piloted during the project’s learning, teaching, training (LTT) activity in Athens, Greece (December 2021).

The feedback given by the participating teachers have also been integrated in the final version of the OEC.

The tool has also been disseminated and piloted through the multiplier events that have taken place in partners’ countries (May – June 2022).

During the final transnational project meeting that took place in Berlin, Germany (June 2022), the partners shared the feedback given by the teachers during the multiplier events, piloting, which have been positive and encouraging for the follow up steps and projects.

The OEC tool presents various learning / teaching and assessment materials for English-as-a-Foreign-Language (EFL) education, ranging from flashcards to audio files, to ready-made exams on several subjects.  EFL teachers can easily choose a level (A1 or A2) and a subject-field, reach a wide variety of materials, and formulate their individual exam paper in PDF format.
